Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item or two business days. We will gladly replace or refund your purchase, provided you provide us with clear photos of the damaged or defective product, as well as its packaging. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Allergies and Skin Reactions: Due to the nature of our products being handcrafted and all-natural, we recommend performing a patch test before using them on larger areas of your skin. If you experience any allergic reactions or adverse skin effects, please discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been used, as safety and hygiene are our top priorities.
Order Changes and Cancellations: As we process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, changes or cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Refunds for Unopened Products: If you have received an item that remains unopened and wish to return it, you may do so within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process a refund for the product amount minus any shipping charges.
Custom Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for custom orders, as these are specially created to your specifications. We will work closely with you during the design process to ensure your custom order meets your expectations before production begins.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure to prevent any delivery issues. There is also the option under the “Add Ons” section in the shop to get the “Signature Required” postage addon. This will ensure your postal carrier hands your package directly to you.
