Jen is the bomb. Her sugar is as good as the stuff estheticians use for a fraction of the cost ! Plus , she answers questions so fast ! With her sugar , I can do it by hand or with the spatula. I use it for Brazilian and it’s the first time I’ve EVER been able to do it without strips . It gets into the pore and removes hair from the root so well . I can do it myself better than anyone else . It hurts less doing it myself too . If I get stuck , I use a strip to remove it and start over . Doesn’t need warmed first either . I love it ! Love Jen too ! So grateful I found her cuz I’m the type who researched til my eyes crossed trying to find a product just like the estheticians use . Can’t buy that stuff without a license. But Jen fixed that problem for us ! Thanks , Jen !
