Why Add Signature Required?

Our natural, handcrafted products are vulnerable to temperature extremes:

• Sugaring Paste: Can melt or “cook” if left in a hot mailbox during summer, potentially rendering it unusable even after cooling
• Aloe Vera & Serums: Preservative-free formulas can spoil when exposed to heat for extended periods
• Winter Freeze Risk: Products left on cold porches or in freezing mailboxes may lose effectiveness
• Package Security: Prevents theft from unattended porches or mailboxes

Note: Sugaring Wax is more heat-stable since it’s designed to be warmed before use.

How Signature Required Works

Direct Hand-Off Delivery

1. No Mailbox Drop-Off: Your carrier will NOT leave your package unattended
2. In-Person Delivery: Package requires your signature upon delivery
3. Three Delivery Attempts: USPS will attempt delivery three times
4. Post Office Hold: If you’re unavailable after three attempts, your package is held safely at your local post office for pickup

What Happens If You’re Not Home?

If you’re unavailable when the carrier attempts delivery:

1. Notice Left: USPS will leave a delivery notice
2. Redelivery Options: You can schedule a redelivery online or by phone
3. Post Office Pickup: After three attempts, pick up your package at your local post office with the notice slip and ID
