Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout (USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, and USPS Standard International) and are determined by USPS zones, distance, and service type. JBHomemade is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or for lost or damaged packages once they have been transferred to USPS. Customers may file claims directly with USPS for lost or damaged items.
  • Returns and Exchanges: Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products and to maintain hygiene standards, we accept returns or exchanges only within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition (unused and unopened). The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.
